Fresh yeast insulate at room temperature. Prepare the solution: yeast dissolved in warm water, add 2 tablespoons of flour and sugar, mix thoroughly and leave to boil for about 10 minutes.
Sift flour into a bowl, mix with salt, make a depression in the middle and pour in them. Gradually, take a spoonful of flour into the bowl and mix the ingredients for 2 – 3 minutes, adding olive oil at the end.
Put together the combined ingredients on a pastry board sprinkled with flour. Knead for about 15 minutes until the dough is flexible and smooth (the dough can also be kneaded with a planetary mixer).
Put the prepared dough into a large bowl, cover with a cloth and let stand for about 1 hour to rise.
Once the dough has been removed, take out the baking tray and take it for a moment. Divide into 2 parts, form balls into them and leave for about 7 minutes under the cloth.
Tinsel (cake-tops) spread with oil. Insert the dough ball into the center, gently flatten and spread, spreading the fingers across the bottom, starting from the inside and leaving a small “roll” on the edge NOTE: it’s best to do it in several steps, the dough starts springing and “goes back” but if you wait a while we will be able to extend them further.
Put a thin layer of tomato sauce mixed with the pizza seasoning, smoked white cheese, cheese and the rest of the additives. Wait about 15 minutes for the dough to rise, then bake in a pre-heated oven (at least 250 ° C) for about 10 minutes.
