Grandma’s Krysia Cheesecake
Cake:
2½ cups of flour
10 dkg – Hej! butter
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 teaspoons Hej! cream 18%
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
¾ cup of icing sugar
Knead all ingredients. Roll out the mold with the rolled dough.
1 can of peaches – cut into cubes and put on a cake
Curd
1 kg Hej! curd cheese
2 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
2 cream puddings without sugar
2 vanilla sugars
½ glass of oil
1 glass of sugar
½ glass of milk Hej! 2%
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour the resulting mass into a mold lined with dough and peaches.
Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 – 200oC.
After baking the cheesecake in a golden color, put on the cheesecake mass of proteins and prepared coconut flakes.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Proteins
5 whites are stiff with 5 tablespoons of sugar.

2 tablespoons of sugar
Cover all the ingredients of the sprinkles slightly browned in a pan.
