1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Boiled potatoes are pressed through the press along with the curd. Add eggs, breadcrumbs, bring to taste with pepper, salt, add fried onions. Form the cutlets, roll in a breadcrumbs and fry in fat. Can be served with mushroom sauce and salad.
