Ham rolls with egg paste
200 g of tenderloin in slices
6 boiled eggs
250 g Ale! semi-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons Hej! natural yoghurt
1 onion spring onion
chives, salt, pepper
Cooked hard-boiled eggs with semi-skimmed cream cheese. Add chopped onion and natural yoghurt. Season to taste. Mix. Put a tablespoon of paste on a slice of sausage and roll up. You can tie the chives for decoration.
