Tart with curd
1 packet of puff pastry
half-fat cottage cheese or cossettes about 300 g
half a bottle of 30% cream Ale!
200 g feta cheese
8-10 cherry tomatoes
We spread the puff pastry in a mold into tarts. We crush half-fat curd on it. Bake the eggs in a separate container with cream and pour it on the tart. We cut the cocktail tomatoes in half. After pouring the mass, arrange cocktail tomatoes cut in half and feta cheese cut into cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
You can still add garlic to the weight of eggs and cream, if you like. Or you can sprinkle with chives after removing them from the oven or garnish with rocket salad.
Put the whole in a preheated oven and bake about half an hour at 180 degrees.
